Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product, manufacturer, supplier and type of purchase.
Where a manufacturer's warranty applies, the manufacturer's warranty terms may also apply.
Artify-Made Products
For products manufactured or customized by Artify Connect, applicable warranty information will be provided with the product or order where a warranty is offered.
What May Not Be Covered
Unless required by applicable law, warranty coverage may not apply to damage resulting from:
- Misuse or improper use.
- Accidental damage.
- Unauthorized modification.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Improper installation or handling.
- Damage caused after delivery.
Making a Warranty Claim
Please contact us with:
- Order number.
- Product name.
- Description of the issue.
- Photographs or video where applicable.
We may request additional information to assess the claim.
Consumer Rights
This Policy does not limit any statutory warranties, guarantees or consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
