Hassle-Free Returns for Retail & Guaranteed Quality for Custom Studio Items
1. Retail & Stock Product Returns
Non-customized retail items and Artify warehoused stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
2. Artify Custom Studio Products
Due to the bespoke nature of personalized gifts, UV printing, laser engraving, and 3D printed items, custom studio items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error. If your custom item arrives damaged, we will reprint and reship it at zero cost.
